Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations:
We currently ship across India, covering all major cities and towns. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.

2. Shipping Charges:

• We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1199.
• For orders below ₹1199, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged.
• Additional charges may apply for remote locations or special delivery requests.

3. Order Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time:

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
• Remote Locations: 7-10 business days
  Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical delays.

5. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order using the provided link.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD):

• COD is available on orders up to ₹2,500.
• A nominal COD fee of ₹100 applies to all COD orders.
• The delivery agent may contact you before delivery for confirmation.

7. Delivery Attempts:

• Our courier partners will make up to two attempts for delivery. If undelivered, the package will be returned to us, and a re-shipping fee may apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Items:

• If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours with images of the package and item.
• If an item is missing from your order, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Please record an unboxing video damaged or missing order

9. Address Change & Order Modifications:

• Changes to shipping address can only be made before the order is shipped.
• Once shipped, we cannot modify the address or order details.
